How to download the OKX app?

Download the OKX app via link below

Please make sure to download the app through official channels. You can directly copy the following link and paste it in your mobile browser, then complete the download and installation.

You can send "Download OKX" to download@okx.com to receive the download link or you can also download it from OKX app download page.

Note:

• If you encounter a situation where the download link is not working, you can try switching browsers and changing your network before trying again.

• OKX will periodically update the download link to ensure user security. If the official link becomes unavailable, you can contact official customer support to obtain a new download link.

• If you’ve created a wallet, please remember to back it up before updating or uninstalling the app. This includes your seed phrase or private key. If these are lost, your wallet assets cannot be recovered.

• To back up your wallet, go to Menu on the app > Backups > Select the wallet you wish to backup > Cloud backup/Seed phrase

Scan the QR code on the official website to download the OKX app

Open the OKX official website, select the download icon in the upper right corner — Scan the QR code with your phone. (It is recommended to use a browser to scan the code)

Click Local Download > Standard Download or Download, then follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.

Important note

• When you try downloading on different brands of Android phones, the download path and other details may vary. Please follow the corresponding prompts to complete the download and installation.

• If you are not scanning the code with your mobile browser, you may need to tap the icon in the upper right corner, select Open in browser, then tap Local Download > Download and follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.

What should I do if I can't install it after downloading?

After downloading the OKX app installation package, some Android phones may display warnings such as 'security risk' or 'virus risk' and prevent installation. You can follow the methods below to complete the installation.

• Huawei phone Android version

Click to allow the installation to continue, do not move it to management, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

• Huawei phone HarmonyOS version 4.0

Exit pure mode and disable external source app checks.

1. On the phone's home screen > Settings > System & Updates > Pure Mode, turn off Enhanced Protection;

2. Settings > Security > More Security Settings > Turn off External Source App Check

Note:

• If Pure Mode can't be turned off, you can go to App marketplace > My > Settings > check Country/Region and select the appropriate country/region to try again.

• Please note that currently, some countries or regions may not support downloading the OKX APP from the App marketplace.

• Honor phone

First, connect to the internet and download the OKX App installation package. After the download is complete, disconnect Wi-Fi and mobile data to ensure your phone is offline (install the app while offline). Follow the on-screen instructions to continue the installation. Once the installation is successful, you can restore your phone's network connection.

• Xiaomi phone

On the installation page, tap the settings icon in the top right corner—enable Security Guard, then return and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

• OPPO phone

Open OPPO phone settings, go to Phone Manager (built-in) — Payment Protection, turn off protection for all apps, and after successfully downloading and installing the OKX app, turn the protection back on.

• Telecommunications network

Under a telecommunications network, you can enable airplane mode and use Wi-Fi to download and install the OKX app.

• Other methods

For other brands/types of Android phones, you can try the following methods to install the OKX app.

• Turn off the network and Bluetooth, use the Quark browser or your phone's built-in browser to download and install, then go to settings and change the antivirus to 360 or similar;

• Settings > Apps & Notifications > Permission Management > Security & Privacy > App Lock > Trust This App > log in again, and the Risk warning will no longer appear.

• After downloading the OKX app installation package, turn off all mobile data before installing.

Important notes:

• If you’ve already installed the app, please update it to the latest version as soon as possible. During the update, make sure your device has access to Google services to ensure the update completes successfully.
